Hi 🙂 so another new type of post for me where I give you guys a little insight to my life 🙂 I have been on a bit of a social media cleanse this week allowing myself 15 minutes to catch up on emails and notifications but no browsing through websites wasting half my day on Facebook!!! I have had a mixed bag week I’ve felt so ill up until today when I finally felt a little bit better 🙂 next week I’ll be doing outfit of the day posts in my thrifted series and tomorrow I’ve got my March Favourites post for you all to enjoy 🙂 xx
I visited my parents we had food&watched a movie, before all of this though they wanted to show me a graffiti mural a local artist had done. Near my parents house is a local council underpass that they have permitted local graffiti artists to do their work 🙂 and some of them are amazing!! The pug is the piece they wanted to show me but I took a few snaps of my other Favourites x
Feeling pretty crappy I spent the day playing my Lego game finally completing it to 100%!!! Yes that is Lego hobbit!! I decided to have some down time and started to read a new trilogy of books the first ones called wither I have to say I’m really enjoying it so far!!! X
The worst day I felt crummy 😦 so I decided to curl up and finally finish the last hunger games book! Even though I’ve seen what happens through the movies the book was still hard to read emotionally BUT I didn’t cry!!! Go me!! First book in months that hasn’t made me cry haha!! I then thought why not binge watch all the movies…so I did 🙂
Felt a little better but decided another sofa day was in order 🙂 luckily I’ve had company this week in the form of my fur baby Molly seriously how fricking cute and photo genic is she??!!!! I started watching orange is the new black as so many people have said its good!! I’m 6 episodes in now and think it’s hilarious! I also read a few paragraphs from my What Would Audrey Do book to get some of my sparkle back!!
Today still feeling fragile and crummy but fed up of being housebound for three days I decided to throw on some comfy clothes stick my Spotify on shuffle and go for a walk! Walking is so calming to me like seriously puts things in perspective! How lucky am I to live so close to such natural beauty seriously the lakes by my house are just stunning!!
I’ve started my Totally Thrifted series back up rejoice fans rejoice!! Haha 🙂 today’s look consists completely of thrifted items I felt very preppy 🙂 hope you like it x

So as the title explains I’ve been shopping!! It’s been a rough few weeks and I needed some retail therapy!! Here’s what I got 🙂 x
These 3 items are from cancer research the daisy print was £2 and has cute tie detailing at the front originally matalan. Sparkly black top £1 the detailing reminds me of fireworks and I thought for a £1 why not!! Sheer sequinned top £2 I thought with a cute CAMI underneath this would be really nice for a night out.
Next up is a Boohoo order! They had free delivery and a sale! The black midi skirt was £3 and I love the wave detailing throughout the skirt. The top blue dress was £4 and I was drawn in by the pattern I love blue as well so it made sense 🙂 the bottom purple dress was £3 and I just loved how bright the colours look together!! X
These were a bundle from eBay and cost £2.50+£4.00 shipping so £6.50 altogether they are all from h&m I mainly brought this for the yellow owl print top, when they arrived though the other two are really nice and fit beautifully too 🙂
Lastly the striped shirt was £2.50 from extra care charity its originally an m&s shirt so the quality is great. This wrap is a few sizes too big but the way I plan on styling it doesn’t show that it’s too big! It was £3 from Marie curie and I really liked the print of it very whimsical 🙂 x
So there we have it I will be styling these pieces along with the others I picked up a few weeks ago in the next few weeks as its Easter holidays so I’ll have more time and energy to blog!! 😘have a great weekend guys x
Woooo I don’t know about you guys but this week dragged honestly it was such a crummy week and took forever to get to Friday!!
Anyhooo before I jump in to today’s post I just need to vent and cleanse my soul here…Yesterday some anonymous person who didn’t have a WordPress account and so was only viewing this through email found it necessary to comment on one of my posts from may last year thinking they knew my tshirt was only 6 years old when infact it is 9 years old they claimed it was in stores 2009-2010 like sorry do you have their entire back catalogue?? I brought it when I was 18 I did the post when I was 27…meaning it was 9 years old, why did this WordPress troll find the need to try call me out on something so trivial? Like seriously what did they gain from it?? I’ll tell you what…nothing I spammed their comment and I’ve moved on. Seriously guys this is just something I do for fun if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all I’ve not forced my blog on anyone!! What do I have to gain by giving false information on my blog?? Nothing lol!! Anyways BREATHE annnnnnd its done 🙂
Back to my outfit post 🙂 as its the weekend I thought why not crack out the playsuit 💜 £3 from the salvation army River Island playsuit 💙💛
