Shopping Haul ❀

So I went shopping with my mum again today, I didn’t really buy as much as I thought I would nothing really stood out as a must have purchase and I’ve found that shops that used be good value for money have slowly crept their prices higher and I cannot justify spending what they are asking! I will always be a charity shop girl at heart because you can get a whole new outfit for under Β£20!
Anyways here’s what I brought and a quick sneak peek at how I’ll be styling the items x

image

First up I brought this top earlier in the week along with a green tank I’ll show next. These were from QD a discount store near my house they get discounted clothing from other stores that were either surplus stock or are out of season and unsellable at their stores. The two tops I got are primark tops and were 2 for Β£4 I saw this one first and just thought how cute! ❀

Styled with a simple black skater skirt some pink socks&boots x

image

This is the other top I brought in the 2 for Β£4 sale I love the stud detailing on the shoulders of these tops and also the rib cage is a kind of heart shape which is cute x

image

I’ve styled this top with my pleather shorts and my adidas trainers for a quick comfy outfit x

image

Next up these cute polka dot leggings ❀ you all know by now how I love polka dots! These were £3 in the sale at primark and I just thought they are too cute not to buy! X

image

I love the side zip detailing and because they are thick leggings they can be worn as trousers. I’d add a pair of black heels and a cute black or cream top for a simple night out outfit x

image

Sigh another beautiful dress 😍 Β£5 primark sale I had my eye on this dress originally when it was Β£13 but didn’t buy it so when I saw it on the sale rail I had to buy it! X

image

Swing dresses are so perfectly matched with floppy sun hats and boots x

image

I loved the colour of this skirt very summery reminds me of the swimming pool! This skirt had a matching jacket now I hate separating twin sets especially if they are a one off which these items were as they were in a charity shop but the jacket was so big and bulky I couldn’t have altered it to fit in anyway so I just brought the skirt for Β£1 x

image

Paired with a cute pussy bow floral blouse and block heels gives the skirt a 60’s feel x

image

OK so I may have brought this entirely for the print alone!! Β£1.99 from a charity shop label is ASOS so of course I’m going to love it! Its a cute shirt dress with ties at the neck for a bow detail I’ve styled it as a dress but I also think it’d look cute as a jacket over a simple black dress x

image

Just added some brown shoes and this outfits done x

image

Ok lastly this amazing twin set!!! The jacket & trousers were the grand total of 50p! That’s 25p an item!! I brought this for the trousers the whole pyjamas as outer wear is apparently a hot trend. When I got home the trousers fitted perfectly yay! I tried the jacket on it had huge shoulder pads in that luckily were attached with a simple stitch which I just cut t remove them and actually it looks really cute like a kimono style jacket so yay ❀ x

Heres the jacket styled with a simple black dress and my new jelly sandals Β£4 primark x

And the trousers I love how high waisted they are paired with a simple black top and heels x

Feline fierce 🐆

Hello lovelies its another beautiful sunny day today ❀ The weather is supposed to stay beautiful all week&weekend perfect weather for the end of my holidays πŸ™‚ ❀Today I’m feeling very sniffly as gorgeous as the weather is with it comes the hay fever 😦 need to hope my anti histamines kick in soon! To combat feeling a bit bleurghh I decided to wear a gorgeous leopard print dress I brought from miss Selfridge in the sale a few years back. Its a stretchy jersey material with cute peplum detailing round the waist to hide the food baby! I paired it with my black suede wedges that have been waiting patiently all year to be worn again and my trusty black floppy hat x ❀

Grunge ❀

90’s grunge is apparently making a comeback yay πŸ‘Œim not going to pretend that I follow the trends faaaar too expensive and I’ve found that 9/10 times the trends do not suit me or my body shape I love fashion and all but I’m not about to wear something I’m not comfortable in purely to be seen as “in fashion”. However grunge fashion is something I can get on board with πŸ™‚ so today’s look is inspired by that x

Made this choker myself πŸ™‚ got a length of black ribbon measured not around my neck and allowed some extra to tie it up, I found this moon bead in my sewing trinket box and sewed it on with black thread voilΓ ! X
